DILIVERY
We work with 2 main delivery services in Ukraine: Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. As a standard, sending an order takes 1-3 days. The cost of delivery depends on several factors: product dimensions; destinations; type and method of delivery; You pay the delivery service to the postal operator when you receive the order. The parcel is stored free of charge in the department for 5 working days. If you have not picked up the parcel during this time, it is automatically sent back to us. If you do not have time to come in the allotted time (5 working days), you can call the manager and he will extend the storage period. This service is paid, calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs. When receiving the goods, you must have the declaration number and an identity document with you. The declaration number will be sent to you via SMS from our store after it has been sent.
PAYMENT
